Inspired by the Mother and Sri Aurobindo,Swami Vidyanand has developed the system of Transformational Yoga, which aims at the purification of all the "bodies" - physical body, prana body, mental body and psychic body.

Transformational Yoga has proved to be a simple and effective set of techniques which integrates the practice of  asanas, pranayama and mantra-chanting to provide the practitioner with a holistic understanding of one's self.
